The trunk show, “Landscaping with Fabric, Not Dirt,” consists of 40-50 landscape quilts I have made. Many of the quilts are from photos of places I’ve traveled in Kansas. Some are from travels to other countries. I will describe my process from the inspiration to the design to the actual sewing of a landscape quilt. Some quilts involve special techniques or equipment and I will explain each of these and how they are incorporated into a quilt.
